Sales Administrator

Westaro Hosing (part of the Portwest Ireland company), distributor of workwear, agricultural wear, wellingtons, safety footwear and PPE is now seeking applications for the position of Sales Administrator based in our Ballina office on a fixed term contract basis (9 months). This has the opportunity to develop into a full time, permanent contract for the right person. This is a fast paced, dynamic environment and the right candidate will be energetic & ambitious.

WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE

Sales order processing and customer service
Invoicing and credit processing
Providing customer quotations
Supporting the field sales team
Assisting the accounts department as required
General office administration as required
Any other tasks as required in line with the role

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

3 years experience in a busy customer service role
Microsoft Office Word & Excel knowledge is essential
Experience with Sage 200 is preferred but not essential
Strong aptitude to pick up new software programmes
Forward thinking, positive attitude
Ability to work well in a team

The role is Monday – Friday and is office based in Ballina Co Mayo. There may be a requirement or opportunity at times to work from our Westport offices.
