Due to continued expansion, we are now recruiting for a customer service administrator.
WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE
- Customer Email and call handling in a busy office environment
- Providing excellent customer service and seek to increase sales and customer satisfaction daily
- Process orders and queries accurately
- Provide customer quotes
- Support sales team and management with administration tasks as required
- Reporting as required
- Support warehouse dispatch and goods inwards as required.
- Provide backup cover for colleagues as required
- Carry out ad hoc work which may not be related to above but is achievable by you
- To be flexible in terms of your work practices and hours as required
- To show initiative to improve customer service and efficiency
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Speed and accuracy to meet expected targets
- Organisational skills
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role desired
