The sales executive will have a minimum of three years’ experience selling to the construction sector and who is looking for an opportunity to grow and develop their career.
The role is to focus on growing a business and extending the reach of our products in order to increase revenue and profitability.
Your duties include, but are not limited to, identifying new sales leads, pitching modular and steel framing solutions, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Sales Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the smooth delivery of all business won from start to finish (prospecting, account management, communications during the project, cash collection and customer satisfaction)
2. Maintain excellent client relationships
3. Build a healthy sales pipeline and keep our CRM up to date at all times
4. Target prospects in our target markets,
i. Housing
ii. Staff accommodation
iii. Office accommodation
iv. Social housing
v. Bathroom Pods
5. Build database of influencers- e.g. architects
6. Reply to tenders, both public and private
7. Attend networking events including exhibitions
8. Research and identify new markets for our products
9. Embark on personal sales training program
Company Responsibilities
1. Attend regular meetings with MD and Senior Management to advice and support them
2. Work with management to help deliver the company’s - vision, mission, and objectives
3. Be the representative of the customer
4. Help to increase the Arch -I brand and business network and influencers for the company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €40,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
