My client is a leading Retail Logistics company based in Ireland. They work across the FMCG, Hotels and many other industries to deliver infrastructure and capabilities for their clients.
They are currently looking for a Sales support executive to join their team on a 9 month contract. This role is in office based in Dublin.

Role Responsibilities

• Sales Support Tasks: Execute tasks efficiently as part of the sales support team.
• Customer Interaction: Handle phone and email orders, generate quotations.
• Reporting: Provide weekly updates to Senior team members on sales activities and customer feedback.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential new customers.
• Stock Monitoring: Track inventory and communicate with distributors as needed.
• Representation: Attend trade shows as required
• Collaboration: Support field sales team and assist with customer visits to the showroom.

Skills Required

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales or sales support
• Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills and general IT competence.
• Communication: Clear and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Analytical Skills: Competent in analysis and commercially minded.
• Motivation & Organisation: Driven to succeed with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Salary €35,000 DOE
