Overview
You will be responsible for managing client relationships for the agency. You will be expected to bring value and excellent client management meeting and over delivering on client expectations. You will lead teams across the group to make sure that projects are delivered on time and to the clients expectations. You will oversee and build client briefs, planning, design comms, production plans and deliver growth strategies internally.
Day to Day (not limited to)
- Being the main point of contact for your clients
- Delivering full planning briefs
- Budget management
- New business pitches
- Leading creative development
- Managing CRM systems
- Collaboration with wider agency teams
- On- Site support at events
The Ideal candidate
My client is looking for a people person who has lots of experience managing client relationships in the Events industry. Agency experience is preferable to this role. They are looking for someone who understands the production industry, is a problem solver and can build out plans from scratch to completion. Ideas generation and having a passion for brands is a must. This is a fast paces environment that requires a dynamic approach to work and someone with a multi-tasking flair and attention to detail. You must be confident in presenting and have proven experience in winning new business. You must have a drivers licence and be prepared to work out of hours when required. 10 years + experience in Live and Virtual events preferably.
