Part time Workshop and Events Administrator
Main purpose: The overall purpose of this position is to support the Lead Event co-ordinator. events including workshops, birthday parties and seasonal camps that take place within the Walled Garden
Key Responsibilities:

• Administration of garden events: updating seasonal events calendars and disseminating to clients and staff, creating checklists for different events, chasing up calls and efficiently communicating with clients or customers, dealing with specific clients when requested, keeping records of feedback from events.
• Data entry: processing event bookings, updating records on target clients and markets,
• Event promotion: arranging and preparing advertisements, brochures, posters and leaflets and selling to specific clients, where required.
• Liaising and working with staff and departments concerning queries about events or specific customer/client needs
• Other duties may be assigned on an ad hoc basis - these duties may relate to activities such as organising/setting up of events with the team.

Conditions of employment:
Salary: The rate of pay will be €13.40 per hour
Hours: As required, five hour shifts including weekend work
Annual Leave: Annual Leave will be calculated on the basis of time worked, exclusive of public holidays.
Location of the position: Old Connaught Avenue, Bray, Co. Wicklow. Any change in location will notified to you in advance.
