We are a thriving workshop in Rathcoole, dedicated to creating high-quality, custom cabinetry. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Cabinet Maker to join our team and play a key role in overseeing projects from concept to completion.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cabinet Maker with a minimum of 5 years' experience to lead our workshop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring the quality of work, and mentoring junior cabinet makers. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to showcase their expertise in a busy, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire cabinet-making process, from initial planning to final installation.
• Interpret and work from CAD drawings to ensure precise execution of projects.
• Utilize woodwork machinery including panel saws, edgebanders, and other relevant tools.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to produce top-quality cabinetry.
• Manage and guide the work of junior cabinet makers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless collaboration and effective project management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a cabinet maker, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proven experience in interpreting and executing CAD drawings.
• Proficiency with woodworking machinery and tools.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work well as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full, clean driver’s license and proximity to Rathcoole for easy commute.
• Flexibility in working hours to meet project deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €42,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
