Job Description (general duties, or tasks specific to site):
Monitoring of all contract activities within the remit of the client operations
Multiservice Monitoring and Managing
Handle complaints and feedback from clients
Create schedules/rosters for differing service lines
Performance management of a number of teams
Hire and training of all service personnel
Oversee staff on a daily basis
Qualification Required:Excellent Level of English (verbal and written) & Basic IT skills

HSEQ:
Ensure safe work practices and procedures are followed on sites
Use of Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment (w/a)
Understand how DMV fits into daily business operations
Read, understand and work in accordance with the company’s HSEQ Policies
Complete tasks in accordance with company HSEQ procedures and work instructions
Experience:
Possess a demonstrable track record of success and achievement in a multi-site, operationally diverse and commercially focused environment
5-10 years’ experience working in the FM and FS industry (or similar)
Demonstrable track record in contributing to business development and the achievement of business targets
Other features of the job:
It may be necessary to work alternative hours, shift patterns or unsociable hours, including weekends and sometimes more than contracted hours. As part of your job, you will be expected to attend training events and/or meetings and travel to other locations may be required. Local requirements will govern your patterns and locations of work.
