Job Description
The successful candidate will be required to work on-site in RAPID, see one-on-one physiotherapy patients, and coach and lead Master’s Program classes. The Senior Physiotherapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, progressing rehabilitation programs and educating patients on their injury and activity/load modifications. The role will also include taking patient payments, writing clinical notes, communicating with GPs / Specialists and arranging appropriate patient follow-ups.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
The candidate must possess the following:

• B.Sc. Physiotherapy Degree or equivalent
• M.Sc. Physiotherapy, Sports Medicine, Strength and Conditioning or similar (preferred)
• At least 3 years post-graduate experience
• Have sufficient clinical knowledge and evidence-based practice experience to effectively assess, treat and rehabilitate patients and maintain and manage a busy caseload.
• Candidate must be a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists.
• CORU Registration
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Up-to-date CPR / AED qualifications
• Up-to-date CPD requirements.
• Strength and Conditioning qualification (preferred)
• Elite sports team experience (preferred)

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and re-assess individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans consistent with best practice.
• Maintain high and professional standards of practice.
• Consult with senior members of staff when required.
• Have the ability to work on their own initiative.
• Be able to work effectively within a team.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Maintain a high standard of clinical notes and communication with GPs / specialists.
• Have strong IT skills.
• Show commitment to continuous professional development.
• Display the ability to use supervision/feedback effectively.
