Key Responsibilities

To execute the work safely to the required standards and client specifications

Maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you

Installing telecommunication cable and equipment as per training

Deliver an excellent customer experience from initial phone call to job completion

Using field apps to report back on activity and works completed

Upskill and attending various training courses

Take due care to prevent loss or damage when working on a customer’s property

Track faults using devices and tools provided

Using power tools and ladders safely

Maximise the number of installations to client’s specifications & meet strict deadline dates

Able to follow complex work instructions using smart devices and technology

Experience in working in a customer service role

Able to prioritise in a busy work environment

Comfortable working at height

Qualifications and Skills

Safety conscious
Hold a full Irish driving licence
Fusion splicing experience
Safe Pass training
MEWP training (Desirable)
Chainsaw training (Desirable)
Able to follow complex work instructions using smart devices and technology
Experience in working in a customer service role
Organised with an analytical approach to problem solving
Able to prioritise in a busy work environment
Comfortable working at height
Attention to detail.
