Cargo Reservations Customer Service Agent

- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Manage cargo bookings within airline systems
- Ensure accurate and timely follow-up on postflight activities, discrepancies, and tracking delays.
- Complete various administrative duties, including data entry and constant monitoring of shipments, to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Pay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
