With a busy calendar ahead of us we are looking to find the right candidate to assist in the day to day workings of our workshop and on site projects.
Job description:
We are seeking a skilled labourer to join our team and contribute to our fit-out and installation projects as well as working on exhibition stands, corporate backdrops, pop up events with various modular systems (octanorm, betmatrix, clip). As a skilled labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of various tasks within the assigned projects. Your expertise and dedication to quality workmanship will be essential to our team's success.
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a skilled labourer in construction, manufacturing, exhibition or a similar field.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, self- motivated, multi-task and flexible in approach
• Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation Assistance:

• Assist in setting up and maintaining installation sites.
• Operate and maintain various hand and power tools.
• Clean, fill, sand and priming surfaces for preparation for painting.
• Assist preparation, loading, installation and removal as needed.
• Install & removal of modular systems for exhibition and corporate events.
• Follow instructions to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.

Material Handling:

• Safely load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
• Organize and store materials to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
• Ensure the proper disposal of waste and debris both on site and within workshop.

Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other team members and tradespeople and site staff.
• Communicate effectively to ensure the smooth flow of work and project progress.

Education and Certifications:

• Safe Pass certificate & Manual Handling certificate preferred.
• Relevant vocational or trade certifications are a plus.
• Full clean drivers licence.

Description:

• Job Type : Full-time
• Salary: €15.00-€18.00 per hour
• Standard Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8:00 – 4:30.
• Evening & weekend work when required.
• Additional training available
• Work Location: Baldoyle Industrial Estate, Dublin 13.
• Expected start date : September 2024
