Job Title: Social Care Worker
Status: Full Time & Part Time Available . Flexible Roster System
Location: Cahore, Wexford
Duties
- Support the PIC and Team Lead to ensure that the service you provide complies with the applicable HIQA regulations.
- Sufficient professional knowledge to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the role.
- Ensure compliance with record keeping is in line with legislation and HIQA requirements.
- Work directly with individuals and completing administrative tasks relating to the day-to-day running of the house.
- Be organized, have good report writing, IT and time management skills.
- Flexibility and openness to change
- Relevant recognized Diploma in Social Care / Applied Social Studies in Social Care (Level 7 on National Framework of Qualifications), Nursing/Psychology Background.
- Experience in a HIQA regulation environment and supporting children/adults with intellectual disabilities
- Demonstrate evidence of continuous professional development
- Full Clean Driving License

- 12 hour shift
