We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will drive our digital marketing efforts by developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various digital platforms. This is an onsite 5 days office based role. RAW Marketing is a live-activation agency helping clients to effectively engage directly with their customers. We are experts in delivering engaging activations in a way that creates memorable experiences for the target audience. We take our raw passion and drive to look at what the client wants to achieve. We immerse ourselves into the background and history of the brand to find that one great RAW idea! From that, we build, we create, we deliver to turn that idea into a polished campaign.
We offer our clients a full range of live marketing activation tools, to effectively engage directly with their customers. Breaking down campaigns to their simplest – or rawest – form, allowing us to pinpoint marketing strategies to their target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaigns: Develop and manage campaigns across all social media channels.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the office team to create and schedule engaging content ensuring content is aligned with brand messaging and goals.
Social Media: Schedule posts and interact with followers to build community.
Website Management: Maintain and update the company website to ensure a seamless user experience.
Skills Required:
Experience: 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Platforms: Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads).
Tools Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Word Press) and marketing automation software (e.g., Hub Spot, Mailchimp).
Communication Skills:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English C1)
· Ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences across various digital channels.
Personal Attributes:
· Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving goals and meeting deadlines.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €27,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
