Spa Supervisor

The successful candidate will deliver a 5* customer journey, support and coordinate the smooth day to day operations and work alongside the senior management team.
Main Duties:
1. Daily communication to all the Spa Team regarding daily/upcoming events through use of daily briefings, memos, or any other means necessary.
2. Managing the weekly schedule for the Spa Team to meet customer demand.
3. Monitoring the Spa Team’s hours through the week to adjust schedules, if needed, to meet demand.
4. Processing the Spa Team's shift change requests in a timely manner, and ensuring that changes do not negatively impact the schedule or customers
5. Proactively distributing workload among the team to increase productivity and reduce Therapist down time.
6. Proactively working with the managers to ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet customer demand.
7. Ensuring all new team members are trained according to the requirements of the Spa , using assistance from Designated Trainers.
8. Continual re-training of team members in areas that become apparent by creating action plans and sharing with managers
9. Promote continued education of Spa team members.
10. Monitoring Therapist performance and assisting with and/or conducting performance reviews.
11. Documenting team's performance (tardiness, absence, job performance issues etc.) and passing on for corrective action with employees and/or actively coaching and counselling
employees on these issues.
12. Planning and conducting monthly meetings to discuss upcoming group business, learning experiences from past glitches, new spa procedures, and ways to improve customer service
13. Maintaining treatment supplies
14. Monitoring the commons areas of spa to ensure that the treatment rooms, back of house areas, and guest corridors are at all times neat, orderly, and well stocked.
15. Daily communication to relevant team members to pass on pertinent information regarding the facilities, employees, guests, supplies/repairs needed, and upcoming events.
16. Actively ensuring that service standards are met at all times for all treatments.
17. When necessary, ascertaining satisfaction of guests upon check-out and calling for assistance where necessary.
Standard duties:
1. To provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds guests’ expectations.
2. To report for duty punctually wearing professional attire. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
3. To comply with local legislation as required.
4. To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other levels
What you bring:
- A minimum of at least 2 to 3 years of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Pay: €30,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
