About Us:
We are an established engineering company specialising in the fabrication of structural and architectural steelwork, including balustrades, handrails, balconies, and general fabrications. As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking 2-3 experienced fabricators to join us. This role is ideal for general fabricators, sheet metal tradespeople with TIG welding skills, and CNC operators with plasma table and beam drill line experience.
Role Overview:
This is a hands-on role for individuals with at least 5 years of relevant experience in fabrication, not just welding. We are looking for skilled tradespeople who can take ownership of their work, enjoy problem-solving, and work independently. You will be part of a team that values quality, precision, and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate various products, including structural and architectural steel components such as balustrades, handrails, and balconies.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Work safely and maintain high standards of quality in all tasks.
• Understand and apply EN1090 and welding procedures.
• Use your initiative on-site, often needing to think on your feet to complete jobs effectively.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fabrication, with a completed apprenticeship (this is essential).
• Must have a comprehensive set of tools and maintain them in good order; having only the minimum required tools will not suffice for this role.
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification are required.
• Strong technical knowledge of fabrication techniques and the ability to solve problems independently.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to doing quality work.
