Established in 2004, Panelto Foods is an Irish food company based in Longford. We produce a range of high-quality, contemporary sandwich breads for the UK and Irish food service markets from our highly automated world-class bakery. Our master bakers have visited every corner of Italy, learning age-old "Biga" techniques and gathering traditional recipes from the world’s best artisan bakeries.

The Role


As a Stock Controller, you’ll play a key role in our operations, ensuring efficient stock management and supporting production over the weekends (16 hours per week) with an initial 3-month commitment. Ideal for a university student studying a related degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar field. Your responsibilities include:

• Performing stock checks and inventory tracking to maintain production flow.

• Supporting the packing process, including product inspection, pallet building, and labeling.

About You


You’re highly analytical, with a sharp attention to detail, and you have a passion for quality in food production.


Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills to monitor and manage stock accurately
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus but not essential
• Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
• Availability to work weekends (16 hours per week) for a minimum of 3 months
