Established in 2009 with 2 employees Fonez have grown to 20+ employees.
Started as an online store only, Fonez has grown from strength to strength year on year and have become a recognised brand throughout Ireland.
With 3 stores in Galway, Cork and Donegal along with plans on more stores throughout major towns/cities in Ireland we require candidates who are able to work in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Goods In
· Purchase Orders
· Inventory Distribution
· Stock Management
· Inventory Control
· Supply Chain Management
· Purchase Orders and Vendor Return processing
· Work Order creation and review
· Cross-departmental collaboration and coordination
· Perform incoming product defect analysis; reworks and restoration
· Final product testing/inspection to release criteria specifications
· Control of non-conforming product (RMAs)
· Provide assistance and support to Test and Quality Technicians
· Online order fulfilment
· Customer service
From time to time other departments may require support, such as customer service, online ordering and sales/product availability.

Relevant experience is desired but not essential.
