Fired Up Pizza is an exciting, rapidly growing pizza restaurant dedicated to serving delicious, handcrafted pizzas that ignite your taste buds. We take pride in our commitment to quality ingredients, exceptional customer service, and a vibrant work environment. As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to lead our team.
This role may provide the opportunity to oversee operations in multiple locations, so a drivers license is required.
Working week is Thursday to Sunday.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of daily store operations.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of pizza enthusiasts.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

2 years previous experience in hospitality in the Dublin area.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
