With great dough comes great Pizza. Fired Up Pizza produces a true Italian Neapolitan style pizza, with the best ingredients that Ireland has to offer. Our dough is carefully hand rolling and left to rest for 72 hours, evolving and developing until it is ready to create an incredibly tasty slice of art.
Requirements:
- 1 years experience in Management role in hospitality.
- Have experience running a pass would be an advantage but not required.
- Good communication skills.
- Availability to work full time.

1. Operational Management
- Overseeing Daily Operations: Ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly, including opening and closing procedures.
- Service Management: Monitoring the quality of service provided to customers, ensuring orders are taken and delivered efficiently.
- Order Accuracy: Ensuring that orders, both dine-in and take-out/delivery, are accurate and prepared according to customer specifications.
- Hiring and Training: Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new employees, including kitchen staff, delivery drivers, and front-of-house staff.
- Staff Scheduling: Creating and managing staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and maintaining labour costs.
- Performance Management: Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and addressing any issues.
- Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers to ensure a positive dining experience, addressing complaints, and resolving issues.
- Promoting Customer Satisfaction: Implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, such as loyalty programs or special promotions.
- Quality Control: Ensuring that all pizzas and other menu items are prepared to the restaurant’s standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Menu Management: Assisting in developing and updating the menu, including introducing new pizza varieties or special items.
- Ingredient Management: Overseeing the purchase and inventory of ingredients, ensuring freshness and availability, and minimizing waste.
- Budget Management: Managing the restaurant’s budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met.
- Cost Control: Monitoring food and labour costs, implementing strategies to reduce waste, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly financial reports, including sales figures, profit and loss statements, and inventory reports.
- Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensuring the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness and adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Food Safety: Enforcing food safety standards, including proper storage, handling, and preparation of ingredients.
- Safety Protocols: Ensuring the safety of employees and customers, implementing safety protocols, and responding to emergencies or accidents.
- Local Marketing: Developing and implementing local marketing strategies to attract customers, such as promotions, discounts, or community events.
- Social Media Management: Managing the restaurant’s social media presence, posting updates, engaging with customers, and promoting special offers.
- Customer Engagement: Encouraging customer reviews and feedback, responding to online reviews, and maintaining a positive online reputation.
- Inventory Control: Managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
- Supplier Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
- Maintenance Oversight: Ensuring the restaurant’s equipment, facilities, and furnishings are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Health Inspections: Preparing for and managing health inspections, ensuring the restaurant meets all regulatory requirements.
- Licensing Compliance: Ensuring the restaurant complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including health codes, labour laws, and liquor licenses if applicable.
- Incident Management: Handling any legal or compliance issues that arise, such as accidents, incidents, or customer disputes.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing any operational issues that arise during service, such as equipment malfunctions, staff shortages, or customer complaints.
- Decision-Making: Making decisions related to day-to-day operations, often in consultation with the owner or upper management.
- Reporting to Ownership: Providing regular updates to the restaurant owner or franchise management on the restaurant’s performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
