Tech Sales and Repair Associate

While the Full-Time Tech Sales and Repair Associate role does involve performing minor repairs, the primary focus is on driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. We're looking for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment, has a passion for helping people find the right tech products, and can close sales confidently. The ability to perform minor repairs is a plus, but your main responsibility will be engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the best solutions our store has to offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best tech products.
- Handle sales transactions and manage customer inquiries.
- Perform minor repairs on devices, such as screen replacements, battery swaps, and software troubleshooting.
- Assist the repair technician with diagnostics and basic repair tasks as needed.
- Keep the sales floor organized and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Stay informed about the latest technology trends and product features.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical advice.
- Manage online customer service & sales enquiries.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a tech-related field.
- Basic knowledge of tech repair processes (e.g., smartphones, tablets, computers).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for technology and willingness to learn new repair techniques.

Pay: €27,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
