This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to be part of a forward-thinking company at the forefront of the renewable energy sector. If you're passionate about sustainability and looking for a role where your skills will truly make an impact, we want to hear from you! You'll be joining a fast-paced, innovative business that is committed to driving the future of clean energy in Ireland.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems to join our growing team. • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to purchase and installation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the entire sales process.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, ensuring all technical details are clearly communicated, and work to convert quotes into closed sales.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries about EV chargers, solar installations, and energy monitoring products.
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience in a technical or engineering-related field, ideally within the electrical, renewable energy, or EV charging sectors.
  • Electrical knowledge and experience are essential. Candidates must have a solid understanding of electrical systems, installation processes, or related technical expertise (electrician experience, electrical engineering background, or similar).
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals, preferably within technical or specialized product lines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (such as Salesforce or similar), and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for tracking leads, managing client records, and preparing quotes.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and sales opportunities simultaneously while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong negotiation skills and an understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, nurturing, and closing.
  • A passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Benefits:
