Job Title: Technician at Spirit Foster
Location: Spirit Foster, Blackthorn Close Dublin.
Hours of Work
Working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

• We are looking to hire a qualified car technician to work in our modern well equipped facilities in Sandyford, Dublin 18.

You will be:

• Servicing vehicles to the highest standards of the Spirit Motor Group as well as the manufacturers' specifications and guidelines
• Diagnosing, testing and repairing faults using the latest technologies
• Up to date training in relevant technologies as the brands evolve, upgrade and grow the range and models
• Liaising with the service desk to communicate requirements, additional parts and repairs on customer vehicles.
• Working as part of a team, supporting the training of apprentices and helping colleagues.

Skills and experience:

• Fully qualified technician with experience
• Ability to diagnose, test and repair faults using the latest technology.
• Experience working with any of our brands including VW, Skoda, Seat, Cupra, will be an advantage.
• Experience working with EV and PHEV vehicles is not essential but an advantage
• Attention to detail when completing documentation and IT systems
• Be literate, numerate with fluent written & spoken English and good communication skills
• Full, valid, clean driving licence
• Fully authorised to live and work in Ireland
• Good knowledge and understanding of health and safety practices in the industry
