Plumbing & Heating Trade Counter Assistant - KCR Heating Supplies, Kimmage
We are a family run business looking to recruit a full time Trade Counter Assistant for our Kimmage store. This is a customer facing role, providing an outstanding level of service at our trade counter and over the phone. This is an excellent role for the right person to develop their skills and experience within the plumbing and heating industry. Career progression opportunities are available to the right candidate.
This role will include:

• Serving customers on the trade counter
• Internal sales / answering the telephone
• Preparing customer quotations
• Purchase ordering and supplier negotiation
• Customer order picking
• Goods in / out responsibilities

Criteria:

• Previous experience in wholesale is preferable but not essential
• Good knowledge of plumbing and heating products or willingness to learn
• Excellent teamwork and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficient in the use of IT and have good computer literacy
• Reliable and punctual
• Drivers licence preferable but not essential
