Trade Parts Representative

As part of the MSL Motor Group a family-owned business which has been in operation since 1959. We are a sister company of MDL (Motor Distributors Limited) which are the importers for Mercedes-Benz in Ireland. We have an esteemed reputation for meeting and exceeding the highest level of standards within the Mercedes-Benz brand. We are currently seeking a Trade Parts Representative to join our team.
Main duties and responsibilities to include:
  • Parts deliveries
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our trade business
  • Cold calling trade customers to attract new business
  • Promoting growth of our trade business
  • Invoicing of parts into stock
  • Management of all returns and credits
  • Monitoring of outstanding trade invoices
  • Stocktaking of Parts Dept
  • Day to day goods inwards and outwards duties
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
  • Have relevant experience in a similar parts position.
  • Have an understanding of Mercedes-Benz parts and their function.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to work to high standards.
  • Display a desire to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Have strong IT skills including operating systems, Microsoft etc.
  • Possess strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Be diligent, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Be a team player.
  • Hold a full, valid and current drivers licence.
