Trade Counter Sales Advisor - Galway

The Role of a Trade Counter Sales Advisor
As a Trade Counter Sales Advisor you will develop strong customer relationships in your/multiple store's offering hire solutions with an array of top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors. What do you need to succeed as a Trade Counter Sales Advisor

Committed to delivering exceptional communication, customer service and eager to assist
Proficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Proactive and positive outlook and solution driven.
Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise
Holds a valid driver's license (You may be required to operate a company vehicle.)

What does the Trade Counter Sales Advisor involve?

You may be required to cover multiple locations, you will drive the strategy at a regional level, ensuring revenue growth, profitability and customer loyalty!
Running the HSS dedicated area within our partnering Builder’s Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling where you can!
Building and maintaining the relationships with the customers to ensure we keep their repeat business.
Supporting key sales initiatives and strategy to hit branch KPIs and ensure we’re being innovative and forward-thinking in our approach.

Working Pattern

8am – 17:30pm Monday to Friday
8am – 1pm Every 2nd Saturday
