We are currently hiring for our Trainee Programme at Fcos based in Cork Airport Business Park, one of Xeinadin Group's largest firms, and a Gold Approved Employer for ACCA. Learning and development is a key cornerstone and Fcos Trainee Graduate Accountants are supported by management, and peers throughout their structured learning programme. We're looking for an ambitious Trainee whose desire is to progress within the organisation to qualify as an Accountant.
Fcos offer a competitive financial support package to successful candidates who wish to pursue qualification with ACCA, IATI or CPA. A structured training programme is provided to enable successful candidates complete the following responsibilities:
- General ledger maintenance
- Bank Reconciliations
- Accounts Payable
- Weekly controls and client KPI reports
- Accounts Preparation
- Statutory returns (VAT, Environmental Levy)
- Requirement for level 7/8 degree is not compulsory, we are interested in applicants who are in the process of completing a business degree or qualifying as Accounting Technicians
- Some previous work experience inside or outside of industry desired (part time or full time)
- Effective communication skills, ability to use initiative and a learning mindset
- A strong desire to want to build a career within Accountancy
- A friendly, inclusive work environment, with a structured training programme
- Training towards ACCA/ CPA/ IATI qualification
