Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests courteously, ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service and timely delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Assist with other duties to support restaurant operations.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
