Schedule: Monday- Friday . Weekends availability.
Pay: €13.50 per hour

As an Warehouse Assistant at Born, you will work as part of our Warehouse team. As a key team member, your priorities will be to ensure customer satisfaction, increase customer loyalty and ensure the online order process flows smoothly and accurately.

As an Warehouse Assistant at Born, you will work as part of our Warehouse team. As a key team member, your priorities will be to ensure customer satisfaction, increase customer loyalty and ensure the online order process flows smoothly and accurately.
PERSON SPECIFICATION

Picking & Packing Orders: Accurately picking goods for online orders. Quality checking the items, then carefully packaging the orders daily. - Shipping Orders: Creating shipping labels, and sending orders on time.
- Customer Queries & Enquiries: Respond to customer emails, messages and phone calls in a friendly and timely manner.
- Resolving Issues: Prioritise and resolve online order issues.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to customers presenting both yourself and the company in a positive light at all times.
- Logistics: Liaise with couriers and shipping partners, as needed.
- Inventory & Order Management: Maintain accurate inventory and order records. Implement inventory control processes to minimize discrepancies and losses.
- Order Returns: Manage order returns and refunds on a daily basis.
- Stock Taking & Checking: Perform cyclical stock takes, problem solve and seek out potential stock discrepancies.
- Workload Planning and Prioritisation: Effectively plan and prioritise tasks to ensure that e-commerce operations run smoothly.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues and our customers.

- Computer skills required
- Previous experience in an E-Commerce environment
- SAP Business One knowledge an advantage
