As Warehouse Dispensing Operator you will be reporting directly into the Warehouse Shift Lead.

As Warehouse Dispensing Operator you’ll be joining an organization where people of all backgrounds and experiences are respected, and where we work together focused on changing lives.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

• Ensure that safety is given highest priority and that the Warehouse is a safe place of work for yourself and
• those around you. Remain in compliance with EHS procedures and requirements. Ensure any accidents,
• incidents or near misses are reported without delay.
• Complete routine housekeeping and 5S duties as required to ensure that the Warehouse area remains clean,
• organised and Audit ready at all times.
• Display a strong Quality orientated mindset in all aspects of work completed.Through consistent
• demonstration of a high level of attention to detail and a methodical approach to assigned tasks.
• Actively contribute to development and maintainance of a positive team culture within the Warehouse
• through demonstration of a flexibile approach to work undertaken, strong work ethic, ‘can do’ attitude and
• consistent adherence to required safety and quality standards.
• Demonstrate a consistent willingness to be flexible to take on additional tasks and responsibilities at the
• discretion of the Warehouse Shift Lead.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to Manufacturing by ensuring that material movement to /
• from the Warehouse aligns with the Manufacturing requirements. Work proactively to ensure earliest
• possible identification, mitigation and communication of potential delays or problems. Work
• collaboratively with internal Customers to maximise Customer Service levels.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment in accordance with HSA Code of Practice and SOP requirements.
• This will include but is not limited to:
• Forklift Trucks, Pallet Trucks & Pallet Stackers.
• Carry out and ensure that Dispensing processes are completed efficiently, accurately, in accordance with
• set procedures and in line with Manufacturing requirements.
• Ensure that supplies received at Goods Inward are processed in a timely manner and in line with applicable
• procedures. Ensure supplies received are appropriately stored, accurately labelled and made available to
• QA / QC as required to facilitate any applicable incoming checks.
• Ensure that Shipping Orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately and in line with SOPs, Customer
• and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all material movements within the Warehouse are recorded in a timely and accurate manner to
• produce the highest possible standards of inventory accuracy.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate for this position, will have the following:

Education

• Leaving cert level or equivalent

Knowledge/Experience

• Working knowledge of GDP and GMP
• Previous Warehouse experience
• Operation of an ERP inventory management system.
