Job Description:
As a Cold Calling Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments through outbound calls. Your primary goal will be to engage potential customers, introduce them to our products/services, and schedule meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list
- Introduce company products/services to prospects
- Identify decision-makers and build rapport with key contacts
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep voice - must have
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
