Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with Madlan. Take ownership of new accounts and manage their on-boarding Provide service & support to Madlan’s customers Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times Communicating with customers through various channels Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints Stay in touch with customers to ensure that they're realizing the full potential of Madlan and solve their issues and technical questions Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the Madlan teams and Provide client feedback internally Requirements Bachelor’s degree 2 year of experience in customer service/ customer support / Technical Account Management - advantage Technical skills with the ability to understand customer's challenges / needs and advise on best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy High level of service orientation Ability to connect and build long-lasting relationships with customers Hebrew speaker - Must
