Digital Native Account Manager

  • 5+ years of experience in technology sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting
  • A proven track record of success in IT sales
  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English and Hebrew
The AWS Sales and Support teams are responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing accounts, including enterprise-level customers and the public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

As an AWS Account Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of emerging technologies for this segment of high-potential, digitally native customers. Your responsibilities will include focusing on scaling programs that drive adoption in named accounts, revenue, and market penetration across your assigned accounts.

You will possess sales experience in technology that enables you to drive engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. You will be a self-starter who will develop and execute against account coverage plans.

Key job responsibilities
As an AWS Account Manager, your core focus areas will include:

  • Driving revenue and market share growth across your assigned digital native accounts
  • Meeting or exceeding ambitious revenue targets
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive business plan
  • Creating and articulating compelling value propositions around AWS services
  • Accelerating customer adoption and engagement
  • Maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline to fuel continued growth
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams at AWS to meet customer needs and address any escalations
