PTC, a global provider of CAD, PLM, Io T and AR solutions, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Executive Management to our office in Herzliya, Israel.
As an executive assistant you will be required to handle various administrative and executive support tasks with professionalism, confidentiality, and meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities include managing the VP’s calendar, arranging travel, handling communications, and overseeing special projects. We are looking for a proactive and resourceful person with a can-do attitude!
This position offers valuable experience working closely with a senior executive and insights into the strategic operations of a technology-driven company.

As part of your job at PTC, you will:
- Manage the VP's calendar and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Compile data for reports and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the VP.
- Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and activities.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the VP.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in the preparation of executive presentations.
- Monitor and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of the VP.
- Coordinate and manage events and meetings.
- Maintain and organize files and records.
- Provide general administrative support to the VP.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in a technology or hi-tech environment is a plus.
