Rapida is an AI-driven technology startup in the civil engineering space. We are developing an advanced platform for visual inspection of infrastructure using drones, 3D modeling, and neural networks.
We have paying clients both in Israel and abroad, and we are based in Haifa.Who we are looking for We are looking for a Full Stack Team Lead who will work closely with R&D, Product, and Business teams. The role involves managing a small development team while contributing hands-on to the evolution of our platform.
Your Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities
- Keep the current platform up and running
- Collaborate with the product manager to enhance the platform.
- Actively contribute to the codebase alongside your team.
- Take part in transforming our cutting-edge technologies into a world-class product.
- MSc or BSc in Computer Science from a top-tier university, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Proven experience leading distributed teams.
- Based in North or willing to commute to the Haifa several times a week.
- Fluent in English and Russian; Hebrew is a plus.
