We are hiring a Head of Organizational Structure, Policies and Digital HR Solutions that will drive strategic alignment and operational excellence within the HR function through advanced digital solutions, streamlined organizational structures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of HR technology systems and policies that support scalable growth, enhance employee experience, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. By focusing on both structural efficiency and digital innovation, this leader will enable the HR team to make data-informed decisions, improve cross-functional processes, and foster an agile and future-ready workforce.
Key responsibilities include overseeing digital transformation projects within HR, establishing and refining organizational policies, and championing process optimization to deliver a seamless, high-impact HR function across the organization.

Key responsibilities include overseeing digital transformation projects within HR, establishing and refining organizational policies, and championing process optimization to deliver a seamless, high-impact HR function across the organization.
Project Management Activities
- Coordinate project between all stakeholders; Organize and lead Steering committees and their preparations; Define project plan and set timelines; Submit budget and resources requirements; Plan and carry an implementation plan based on designated platform
- Managing training activities; Leading communication activities to users and ZIM employees; Constant and rigorous content management via platform; Create clear follow-up methodology; Define and implement engagement activities, reward module to increase awareness.
- Managing Management Reviews: annual plan in the beginning of the year and follow-up on actual performance by the end of the year.
- Managing Company’s Procedures, the Company's procedure site, including supporting employees using it. Publishing, cancelling and updating procedures in the computerized procedures system. Updating and maintaining records and Company procedures in the computerized and physical archives. Managing new/upgrades of the Company’s Procedures Site (writing BRD, performing QA tests, implementation and training to employees).
- Managing external audits of the Standards Institute of Israel: Preparation, Execution and Performing Corrective Actions.
- Representing the Company’s full implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) to the ISS auditor.
- Planning, execution, and delivery of the project, ensuring that it aligns with the company's strategic objectives. To collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive the implementation, manage project timelines, and deliver a scalable HCM platform globally.
- Monitor and manage the smooth functioning of interfaces between the HCM platform and other HR systems
- Support the selection and implementation of HR technology solutions that enhance organizational structure and efficiency.
- Work closely with IT to ensure the functionality and integration of digital tools with HR and business processes. Provide training and guidance to HR and other employees on the use of tools for optimal performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency
- Assess and design organizational structures to improve workforce alignment with strategic goals. Partner with department leaders to realign structures for optimal performance and scalability.
- Identify and streamline HR and cross-functional processes to enhance productivity and reduce redundancies. Use data and analytics to assess process effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements for efficiency gains. Implement best practices in HR processes to ensure a seamless employee and manager experience.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce HR policies related to organizational structure, efficiency, and workflow. Ensure policies are current, compliant, and align with company objectives and employee needs. Educate and support managers and teams on policy adherence and best practices.
- Lead change management initiatives related to organizational structure updates and efficiency improvements. Collaborate with leadership to gain buy-in and provide support throughout transformation projects.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to organizational efficiency and HR operations.
Requirements:
- Academic education in Industrial Engineering & Management /Economics
- At least 3 years’ experience in project management
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience- a must, Experience reporting to senior management- an advanatage
- Experience in managing and global implementations of IT projects
- Experience in global organizational structure and processes analysis
- Experience in establishing company policies
- Mastering office tools, especially Excel
- Fluent English – both writing and talking
