Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the group IT strategy to support business objectives.
- Manage and oversee multi-P&L IT operations and budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness, and optimal resource allocation.
- Manage and evolve the group's inbound infrastructure and systems.
- Manage and evolve high availability SAAS production and Dev Ops infrastructure.
- Establish and manage a healthy and responsive help desk operation.
- Lead IT organizational and professional restructuring and evolution processes.
- Establish, initiate, and oversee a healthy IT multi project operation.
- Establish and enforce IT regulations, policy, and compliance.
- Manage and evolve our On-Prem and multi-cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and efficient services.
- Implement and maintain strong cybersecurity measures to safeguard the company's data and systems against potential threats and breaches.
- Work with cross-vertical stakeholders including business, technology, operation, finance, and marketing executives.
Requirements:
- Full skill set and experience alignment with the required responsibilities.
- Strong and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Can-do attitude, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- At least 10 years of hands-on and managerial experience in information systems
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, Dev Ops, on-prem data center management, cloud, IT regulation, compliance requirements, and budget management.
- Strong knowledge in the Microsoft ecosystem
- Knowledge of Linux systems
- Experience in On-prem & multi-cloud SAAS production management.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
