Student Position - Payment Support Intern
Are you a motivated student looking for an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in the fintech industry? Tipalti is seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our team as a Payment Support Intern. In this role, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in financial document assessment, data management, and payment processing. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to work in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!Please note, this is not a coding position; however, it is highly relevant for students studying computer science or related fields. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Review and assess financial documents for eligibility.
- Enter and manage data accurately in internal systems.
- Initiate delicate payments.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams via phone or email to ensure smooth processing.
- Maintain organized records of all invoice transactions and communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with Google Sheets.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally.
