We're looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team in our Herzliya, Israel office.

As a Product Manager focused on client activation and onboarding, you will shape the first user experience with our platform.
Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, you'll design and refine the journey from sign-up to full activation, ensuring it’s intuitive and effective.

Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, you'll design and refine the journey from sign-up to full activation, ensuring it’s intuitive and effective.
Your work will directly enhance user retention and satisfaction, driving business growth.
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to design a client activation and onboarding process that is both user-centric and aligned with our business goals.
- Work together with the Senior Product Manager to manage the lifecycle of client activation and onboarding features, from gathering user requirements to collaborating with development and design teams for successful implementation.
- Partner with teams across the organization to ensure the client activation and onboarding experiences integrate seamlessly with other parts of the platform, enhancing overall user satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and execution of a strategic roadmap for client activation and onboarding, turning high-level concepts into actionable features that meet user needs.
- Collaborate with designers to create a user-friendly activation and onboarding experience that is both engaging and easy to navigate.
- Utilize user feedback and data analytics to continuously improve the client activation and onboarding processes, making adjustments that enhance user engagement and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our client activation and onboarding processes remain competitive and effective.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on B2C or B2B2C environment.
- Proven ability to drive product initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Capable of translating user needs and market insights into a strategy and actionable product features.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles, with the ability to work effectively with designers to create a superior user experience.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to define key success metrics and use data to inform product decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting, closely partnering with the Senior Product Manager and other stakeholders.
