Reports to: Procurement Manager
Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'ayin
What will you do?
- Responsible for Supplier’s operational management (Forecast & POs, , ECOs, , MRP actions, transitions, Repairs, service support, OTD, etc)
- Coordinates/drives purchasing activities with planning and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels.
- Leads supplier’s quality activities in collaboration with manufacturing and engineering departments
- Expedites and ensures timely receipt of materials.
- Leads problem resolution for material related accounting and receiving issues
- Provides input to regarding suppliers and material status, action plans and address long term issues.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities.
Requirements:
What should you have?
- Bachelor's Degree or higher education in relevant field- a must
- 2-5 Years of Experience in Purchasing- a must
- High level English (writing, speaking and reading)
- Service- oriented, experienced with suppliers and internal customers
- Program management experience
- Commercial orientation
- Independent, team player with high negotiation skills
- High presentation skills
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Great interpersonal skills
