- Forge and strengthen strategic partnerships within the industry
- Identify and nurture key sales leads
- Oversee contract negotiations from initiation through to completion
- Build and manage relationships with clients and investors
- Drive property investment promotions backed by robust market analysis
- Present comprehensive performance insights and strategies to leadership
- Proven success in business development, ideally within the real estate sector
- Strong connections within investor circles and a high-net-worth client base
- Exceptional negotiation and results-driven approach
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in data analysis, market insight, and crafting impactful presentations
- Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative setting
- Skilled in networking and relationship management
- Native-level fluency in English
- Base salary range: NIS 12,500–16,500
