The Red Hat Software Engineering team is looking for a highly motivated student who can join us in the Raanana office and who wants to gain hands-on experience with open source and Red Hat products. In this role, you will work in an environment where diverse perspectives are invited, the best ideas are valued, and people feel empowered to contribute. Job Responsibilities:
-
Develop and implement best practices for AI/ML model lifecycle management, including pre-processing, model training, serving, monitoring etc
-
Deploy AI/ML models on Open Shift AI (RHOAI), ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Work with upstream AI/ML communities to evaluate new AI/ML-related technologies from partners and create examples of integrations between their technology and RHOAI

Build multi product demos and AI/ML workflows
Required Skills:
-
Experience in development in Python, R or Go
-
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for managing the AI/ML lifecycle in production environments.

Interest in learning new technologies; problem-solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Current student enrolled at a university in Israel with graduation in summer/autumn 2025
The following are considered a plus:
-
Knowledge of containers and Open Shift or Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Previous code contributions to or participation in open source projects or code samples on Git Hub.

Understanding of fundamental AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and techniques.

Basic knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries (e.g. Open Data Hub, Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Kueue, Kube Ray, Kube Flow, Code Flare, Feast etc)
