Job Description

Manual Software Quality Assurance Lead specializing in mobile and Android. The role requires the QA Lead to design and implement testing strategies, manage a team of testers, and closely collaborate with the automation team and the developers to track and rectify defects.

Basic Requirements

• 3-5 years of managerial experience
  
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Proficiency in various testing methodologies (manual/automated)
  
• Understanding software development life cycles, and familiarity with programming languages and testing tools.
  
• Ability to manage and motivate a team, delegate tasks, provide direction, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  
• Proficiency in using Android-specific testing tools such as, UI Automator, Android Debug Bridge (ADB) and Espresso.
  
• Familiarity with design and usability best practice
  
• Full proficiency in English
  
• Great communication skills
  
• Ability to work in a global work environment
