The Role: Assistant Project Manager
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our construction projects with a focus on logistics, production, and supplier negotiation. This role is perfect for an architect or engineer looking to advance into project management. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, gaining valuable experience to eventually lead projects independently.

The Role: Assistant Project Manager
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our construction projects with a focus on logistics, production, and supplier negotiation. This role is perfect for an architect or engineer looking to advance into project management. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, gaining valuable experience to eventually lead projects independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage logistics, including material procurement, delivery schedules, and site coordination to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Support the Project Manager in client communications and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Degree in architecture or engineering required.
- Previous experience in construction project management or related fields preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and proficiency in Autodesk Revit highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Italian mandatory; proficiency in other European languages advantageous.
- Legal authorization to work in the European Union or the United Kingdom required.
