For the next season, we are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our Restaurant Manager in all daily activities.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she should have exemplary customer service skills.
He/She will Report to the Restaurant Manager

Main duties & responsibilities:

Our Assistant Restaurant Manager will:

Oversee and support the operations in the restaurant to ensure an enjoyable dining experience
Manage opening and closing of the restaurant
Respond to customer needs and question
Manage inventory operations
Plan in conjunction with the Restaurant Managers all the activities and menu implementations
Ensure that health and safety regulation are respected
Lead and train the restaurant personnel in order to create a collaborative and efficient environment

Requirements

Strong organizational skills
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of English language, other languages will be considered a plus
Able to manage stressful situations
HACCP Certification

Benefits

We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 2, Assistant Restaurant Manager
Start date: April 2024 to End date: September 2024, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
Salary as by CCNL + increase based on seniorirty and skill level, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR
Monthly welfare incentive based on quality goals + welcome bonus
Accomodation in our staff house including breakfast
