Business Performance Manager

• Ownership of the governance of the knowledge and training platform and concept, securing & coordinating regular training, updated training content and mode of delivery. Securing that training and training approach meet the expectations of the users.
• Ownership of dedicated IBPM processes, securing with Process Managers and Business Owners that the content is up to date and follows agreed principles.
• Taking a coordinative approach to Securing Process Governance and monitoring of correct Business Application usage is in place.
• Apply Service Design process, mindset, workshops and discussions with various collaborators and partners, securing a better user experience throughout our applications and processes.
• Coach internal colleagues in Service Desing principles.

• Experience on service design, process mapping and visualization skills.
• Proactive, goal-focused, with a learning mindset and can-do attitude.
• Great facilitation, collaboration, visualisation and communication skills.
• Operational excellence and continuous improvement mindset.
• Analytical and fact-based decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience/knowledge of Agile development methodologies is seen as advantage.
• Experience from having worked in B2B Service Environment is an advantage.
• Power Bi knowledge is a good advantage.
• Fluent in English language, both written and verbally.
