Commercial Planning and Pricing Specialist
We are looking for a Commercial Planning & Pricing Specialist to join the Commercial Planning team in our Italy Business Unit. The team is responsible for the FP&A and commercial planning process of the Italian retail channel and e-Commerce channels.
Your day-to-day activities:
- Ensure that an efficient planning process is in place, in relation to both financial and commercial scenarios
- Conduct P&L variance analysis in order to uncover insights and proactively propose gross-to-net trajectories to ensure that the target is achieved
- Simulate P&L value chains to support both marketing teams to deliver business cases/projects, as well as sales teams to build new customer/product propositions
- Support the sales teams to maximize the promotional/investment efficiency and advise on any potential value-added opportunity
- Analyze and understand sell-out data and dynamics to consistently reconcile the sell-in customer performance and use insights as a basis for discussion and customer simulations
- Be an active participant in emerging IT projects and support the development of more efficient planning and analytical tools
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role (sales or finance), Knowledge of retail/e-commerce channels will be considered a plus
- Strong financial and planning skills and commercial acumen
- Highly proficient in Excel, Power BI, Powerpoint
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Good level of spoken and written English
