• Delivering innovation projects, with Production, Engineering, Bulk and Brand Change team.
• Deliver projects assigned in the field of cost saving, capex implementation, continuous improvement, environment and site’s strategy.
• Collaborating across team members and partners, hold project team members to account. Act as leader in technical and production workstreams.
• Anticipating and solving risks and issues calling out key risks to site’s leadership team.
• Establishing a clear & robust governance model to drive decisions & outcomes.
• Shape and deliver projects for initiatives agreed; work with stakeholders to lead change ensuring project benefits are delivered.
• Collect all costs related to the project and drive invoicing / recharging process to central project budget when available meeting agreement in the contract, working closely with Diageo finance teams.
• Support Santa Vittoria’s bottling hall manager in crafting cost & capex estimates and implications for strategic projects in the context of initial feasibility studies.
• Attend the monthly site’s waste & loss forum to identifies critical losses and pick up new projects to deliver key opportunities
• Attend the T2 daily operational review with all production and technical functions and the weekly governance forum to review bottling line performance.
• Drive capex implementation projects working with engineering to ensure capex installation is effective and that first production is timely and meet efficiency & quality target.
• As part of this role you will be required to map all the fillers cleaning procedures to find opportunity for saving water and chemical and ensure consistency among the various lines. For new projects requiring changes to cleaning procedures the deployment specialist will develop and sign off new CIPs before production start up working with the internal lab.
