Descrizione del lavoro
Inserito all’interno del team HR di Freud, ti occuperai di tutte le attività legate alla gestione delle risorse umane interfacciandoti con i collaboratori e con tutte le funzioni aziendali, nonché con le funzioni HR della business unit di appartenenza e del Gruppo Bosch.
In particolare:
- Gestirai in autonomia i principali processi HR quali staffing, recruiting, on-boarding, talent management, talent developement, formazione, performance e compensation
- Agirai come partner strategico per i manager aziendali, guidando e supportando le decisioni relative al personale
- Implementerai a livello locale strumenti e metodi strategici del Gruppo Bosch e della Business Unit di appartenenza (es. strumenti di feedback, development ecc.)
- Ti dedicherai a progetti e iniziative HR con particolare focus in materia di social responsability , applicando e diffondendo metodi agili e innovativi.
- Supporterai il team in attività legate al payroll, all’amministrazione del personale e alle relazioni sindacali
Qualifiche
- Laurea in Economia, Giurisprudenza, Scienze Sociali, Comunicazione o equivalenti
- Master in Gestione delle Risorse Umane preferibile
- Minimo 2 anni di esperienza nei dipartimenti HR di aziende strutturate
- Preferibile conoscenza dei metodi Agile e degli strumenti di Change Management
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali sistemi informatici, in particolare Excel e preferibile conoscenza del gestionale SAP
- Interesse e sensibilità per i temi della social responsability e della DE
- Mentalità positiva e resilienza
- Madrelingua italiana e conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata
