- Collaborating closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand and anticipate staffing requirements.
- Screening resumes and actively source candidates across various recruiting platforms.
- Conduct HR interviews, providing support for technical interviews as needed.
- Monitoring KPIs and analyzing recruitment processes.
- Delivering high-quality results on time, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Assisting in the implementation of innovative selection and recruitment practices.
- Developing and promoting campaigns to attract and engage prospective candidates.
- Participating in job fairs to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
- Maximum 3 years of experience in similar role
- Good knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English
- Familiar with different selection tools (behavioral interview, psychometric tests…)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office 365

Basic knowledge of SAP in as an advantage
